COMPLEMUS develops logistics and production space for MM Flowers

The planned property, with a total area of 23,750 square meters, is located in the “Am Silberberg” industrial park. One of the two halls, with approximately 13,000 square meters of production and logistics space, including office space, is being developed for the German market entry of British flower retailer MM Flowers. The company, which specializes in the cultivation and distribution of cut flowers, is leasing the space as its German headquarters for 15 years. Another hall with approximately 10,000 square meters and around 916 square meters of mezzanine floor space is being built on the site and will be ready for occupancy in July 2026.
