In Rheinpark Monheim, COMPLEMUS is developing a modern office building for the software company EPLAN and its subsidiary CIDEON Software & Services, both part of the Loh Group, in cooperation with the Monheim Urban Development Corporation (SEG). The new building is located at the head of the central water axis in Rheinpark and comprises a gross floor area of approximately 8,700 m², including around 8,000 m² of office and usable space. Completion of the building is scheduled for October 2027.
Sustainability is also a key focus of this project: the building concept includes a geothermal heat pump for heating and cooling, a photovoltaic system, and an extensive green roof. A DGNB Gold certification is being targeted.
