In September 2020, COMPLEMUS kicked off the construction of a new service centre for CEP (courier, express and parcel services) on a plot of about 61,000 square metres in the industrial and business estate “A71 Oerlenbach/Poppenhausen.” A warehouse extending over 5,600 square metres constitutes the main part of the building. The warehouse will be a clearspan construction spanning 60 metres. A mezzanine level of 1,800 square metres will be fitted out into offices and community areas. On the grounds, parking spots for 102 cars plus 398 delivey vans will be created. The centre is scheduled to be commissioned in spring of 2021.
