In the Buschdorf district of Bonn, COMPLEMUS developed a mechanised delivery site (MechZB) for DHL (a subsidiary of Deutsche Post AG) on a plot of around 30,000 square metres located about 2 kilometres south-west of the Rhine riverbank. A warehouse of 6,500 square metres represents the main part of the new building. The warehouse was executed as a clearspan construction spanning 48 metres. The remaining area is occupied by the offices of a parcel service provider. The construction took six months to complete.
