In 2014, COMPLEMUS developed a mechanised delivery site (MechZB) for DHL (a subsidiary of Deutsche Post AG) on a brownfield plot of around 24,000 square metres at “Bahnhof Loh,” a former railway station in Schwelm. A warehouse of 5,352 square metres represents the main part of the building. The warehouse was executed as a clearspan construction spanning 48 metres.  The remaining floor area of 601 square metres is occupied by offices. The mechanised delivery site is one of over 25 such assets that DHL developed across Germany before the end of 2014. The construction took eight months to complete.
