COMPLEMUS is developing a logistics centre for the Fressnapf Group in Nörvenich in the district of Düren. Once completed, the building will be the central dispatch hub for the company's European e-commerce business.  The new Fressnapf site features a comprehensive sustainability concept: a rooftop solar power system with a capacity of six megawatts (peak) feeds heat pumps in the buildings, which are therefore energy self-sufficient, as well as a green roof and rainwater infiltration. The solar power system planned for the building will be one of the largest rooftop PV systems in North Rhine-Westphalia once it is in operation.
