COMPLEMUS has developed a logistics centre for the Fressnapf Group in Nörvenich in the district of Düren. The building will be the central dispatch hub for the company's European e-commerce business. The new Fressnapf site features a comprehensive sustainability concept: a rooftop solar power system with a capacity of 5,4 megawatts (peak) feeds heat pumps in the buildings, which are therefore energy self-sufficient, as well as a green roof and complete rainwater infiltration. The solar power system planned for the building will, once commissioned, be one of the largest rooftop PV installations in North Rhine-Westphalia. The desired sustainability certificate is DGNB Platinum.

The Nörvenich logistics center is built sustainably. It offers owners and tenants high comfort and low operating costs – particularly in the areas of energy, cleaning, and maintenance. For this, it was awarded the DGNB Platinum Certificate.
