In October 2020, a service centre for courier, express and parcel services was completed on a plot of about 32,000 square metres in a trading estate in Wuppertal, and handed over to its incoming occupier, AMAZON. The core of the building consists of a warehouse extending over 8,400 square metres that was executed as clearspan construction spanning 60 metres. A mezzanine level of 1,100 square metres will be fitted out as offices and community areas. Parking spots for 116 cars and 90 delivery vans on the grounds complement the project.
