COMPLEMUS is developing a sustainable logistics and production project with a total area of approx. 23,750 m² in the industrial area "Am Silberberg" in Euskirchen. The main tenant is MM Flowers Europe GmbH, which will establish its German headquarters at this site.
The project comprises two modern logistics and production halls. Around 13,000 m² will be realised as a built-to-suit solution for MM Flowers. A further hall with approx. 10,000 m² will be ready for occupancy from July 2026.
MM Flowers who specialise in the production and sale of cut flowers and small gifts plans to use the Euskirchen site for storage, production and despatch of product for the German market together with housing the local offices to support MM Flowers German clients. The construction of the site in Euskirchen is a strategic step in the ongoing development of their European business underpinning existing relationships with their retail partners in Germany.
In addition to a high technical standard, sustainability is also a particular focus of this project: a green roof, green façades, heat pump technology, a photovoltaic system with around 1.8 MWp output, and charging infrastructure for electric mobility are all part of the concept, aiming to achieve DGNB Gold certification.
The strategically advantageous location in the Cologne/Bonn metropolitan region offers optimal transport connections for logistics and production.
