For IT system provider Bechtle GmbH, COMPLEMUS developed a new-build office scheme in two construction stages in 2009 and 2012, respectively. The plot of 6,500 square metres overall is located in the new “Piepersberg” business park in Solingen-Gräfrath. With annual sales of c. 1.1 billion euros in the retail business, Bechtle counts among the leading IT companies in Europe. Its brisk growth forced the company to abandon its former place of business and seek a new, larger one. It took a five-month period to complete the first construction stage, and eight months to finish the second one.
